💫 Important Booking Guidelines: • All bookings are final, no refunds or exchanges on services or purchases. • Services must be used within 30 days of payment, unless otherwise specified. • No extra guests allowed, we aim to maintain a calm, private, and focused spa environment. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed, late arrivals beyond this may result in cancellation or rescheduling. • Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time, we operate by appointment only to protect the peace of each guest experience. • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone 💕
